BrokerSense mortgage affordability software
As you will be aware, Twenty7tec acquired BrokerSense back in January of this year.
Since then we have been working hard to integrate the BrokerSense affordability sourcing functionality
into the Twenty7tec Velocity platform, which was successfully delivered in April.
Now we have created a single platform where advisers can comprehensively source across product, criteria and affordability,
it is now our intention to decommission the BrokerSense site, so we can deploy our resources more effectively and continue to make
the research process as efficient as possible for our users.
What does this mean for you?
It is our intention to switch off access to the BrokerSense site on the 30th June.
From this point, any data within the site will no longer be available and we will cease to take payments from you for accessing the service.
If you’re an existing Twenty7tec customer, you can already access affordability sourcing within Velocity as part of your SOURCE license fee.
The only difference in functionality will be the removal of the portfolio upload and management feature.
If you aren’t currently a Twenty7tec customer but would like to continue accessing affordability sourcing, and
