When you enter “Billing/Teams” you will see the following:

Subscription status – To register click “Setup new subscription”, you will be given an option to add one or both products and then click “subscribe” to be taken to GoCardless’ portal where you can enter direct debit information.

Once complete you will be placed back at the clients page.

Users – Here you can delete users or make them an admin, which allows them to see all firm clients, and to add new users.

Add New User – The easiest way to add multiple users is to copy the link and send that via email to the users you wish to invite. They can then setup a username and password themselves under the firm. Alternatively you can create this manually in the form fields below.
